April + Mike :: Featured Engagement
Weather in Vancouver is like roulette. It can rain for days on end, but when an adorable couple like April + Mike arrive for their destination engagement shoot, it’s rays of sunshine 🙂 Both have happy-go-lucky personalities and we believe it’s their happy attitudes that brought out the sun.
It was an absolute pleasure being with them on their first trip out to Vancouver; seeing their excitement at the cherry blossoms and amazing food scene. As both lead very busy lives (April is a yoga instructor at several yoga schools in Edmonton & Mike owns his own drilling instrumentation company) their engagement shoot was a brilliant way to have a bit of a vacation. We are thrilled to be sharing their gorgeous engagement photos with the readers of WedLoft.
April + Mike – thank you guys for joining us out here in Vancouver 🙂 Your beautiful & elegant tandem yoga poses (it looked like they were prepping for Cirque du Soleil!) blew us away. We felt so un-healthy looking at you guys!

The magic of Autumn in New York, brought to Edmonton 🙂 When we heard how Drew bought the ring 6 months before proposing & waited for just the right moment in New York last fall to propose, we were inspired to set up a romantic day out for their fall engagement photos.
From a walk in the park amongst the leaves turning golden shades of yellow & brilliant reds, to a rooftop picnic of macaroons & cupcakes followed by dancing in the moonlight, it was the best of Fall in a day.
Lisa + Drew – thank you for all your hard work, you guys are so sweet together 🙂 We are thrilled to be sharing your romantic e-session with the readers of The Bridal Detective.

Knowing the when, even the where, still doesn’t ruin the surprise. Jenn’s dad mentioned Kevin had been around while she was at work so she knew that the trip to Banff was going to be the when & where. But when Kevin got down on one knee in front of Bow Falls, Jenn was in tears of excitement; she was going to marry her best friend 🙂
Their classic wedding was full of beautiful moments & sweet touches 🙂 We are thrilled to be sharing their wedding with the readers of Swooned Mag.

Tina + Salju :: Wedding
Happy Anniversary Tina + Salju! It’s hard to believe it’s been 2 years since we were in New York with you; bracing the unseasonal snow, taking photos in the firehall Salju volunteers at & having a fantastic time celebrating! We had so much fun shooting your wedding! Tina looked like a princess in her beautiful gown & Salju the heroic marine who won the beautiful girl’s heart 🙂 (Anthony really wants the sword Salju had as part of his dress uniform!)
Thank you again Tina + Sajlu for a wonderful day. Your heartfelt words left us with a warm fuzzy feeling as we drove back in the storm. We had a blast with your bridal party and guests from around the world.

Felicia + Roby :: Featured Wedding
Stuffed animal ring bearers? They’re so fluffy!!! Felicia + Roby are big kids at heart just like us; they love their stuffed animals & brought their childhood favourites to Hawaii to take part in their destination wedding as ring bearers 🙂 We shot Felicia’s sister’s wedding in Hawaii 2 years ago so it was a real honour when Felicia asked us to shoot hers.
We’re thrilled to be sharing their beautiful Hawaii destination wedding with the readers of Denim + Grace and Modern Weddings Hawaii.
Felicia + Roby – thank you for letting us be part of your special day. We had a lot of great laughs and a lot of fun too.
