Huge congrats Lisa & Drew!…(for surviving your wedding day!! :P) It’s an Infused Studios 1st!; where the bride had to rest from heatstroke for working her butt off in the blazing sun for their wedding images. For Amy + Nail, Lake Louise is possibly the most romantic destination ever 🙂 After the sweetest ice sculpture proposal here, getting married where they got engaged just made it even more romantic. With guests flying in from around the world, the blue skies & sunshine were a stunning introduction to the Rockies 🙂
We loved how Amy + Nail combined elements of their 2 cultures (Chinese and Russian respectively) to create a wedding that celebrated their love story as much as it did their backgrounds; merging everything about them into an amazingly unique day. From the traditional Chinese tea ceremony at the start of the day, to being fed sweet bread on arrival at the reception, it was awesome to see 2 cultures merging so seamlessly.
Amy + Nail, thank you so much for including us in your wedding! We are so humbled to have been a part of your celebrations & loved learning about Russian culture 🙂

Amy and Howie! You guys are soo cute! and who knew that your wedding day was the perfect opportunity to bust out your hidden musical talents! Amy, we were all on an emotional rollercoaster ride during your “Jacky Cheung” karaoke duo with your dad that night. We loved getting to know CiCi + Steve during their engagement photos– they kept us laughing the whole shoot 🙂 And their wedding was a fantastic day of celebrating being champions! “We are the champions…” you can almost hear the song in your head as you look at CiCi + Steve’s beautiful champagne wedding; from the Hulk gloves to entering the reception as, well, champs (including the championship belt!) they were absolute stars on their wedding day!
CiCi + Steve also had one of the most impressive DIY’s we’ve seen; they made their 7-tier wedding cake! CiCi is a brilliant baker & made the cake herself and with Steve’s help, made the 200 flowers that decorated the cake! It was awesome to see everyone get their groove on as the night went on 🙂 And we couldn’t resist taking these McDs fans to McDs after the shoot finished for a midnight snack of fries & coke.
Thank you Cici + Steve for choosing us to be your photographers. We are soooo humbled and very honoured that you changed your dates to have us. We love you guys so dearly and are so happy to have made such fantastic new friends.

My favorite moment of the wedding was…hmmm there was so many!!! I thought it was super funny how I completely said Steve’s bum was not the right one. He wasn’t even a maybe, it was a straight out no! Haha and then with the hands he got the right one right away! But man, there was so many sweaty bums! Ewwww. Haha fail on my part.CiCi

Iris + Dan have such loveable personalities! We had a blast spending time with them shooting their engagement photos 🙂 Their wedding showed how much they care, not just for each other, but also their family & friends. As part of their vows, Dan not only serenaded Iris with one of their favourite songs, By My Side by David Choi, he also played the piano. It was such a beautiful moment that we caught a shimmer of tears in guests’ eyes.
The reception was a crazy party! So much so that Rina took a gift home; having gotten a bit too close to break-dancing guests, Rina left with some bruises (thankfully there were lots of doctors at the wedding who quickly checked it out & confirmed it was just swollen).
Iris + Dan, we are so proud to have found great new friends! Thank you for taking such good care of us & for all your hard work.

My Favorite part of the day was looking out at the crowd with Iris and seeing that every single person was happy and having a great time. We wanted our wedding day to be more about everyone that has directly or indirectly impacted our lives. These relationships and experiences have shaped us into the people we are today. – Dan
The most memorable moment of my day was when Dan sang to me during the ceremony. I knew he’d practised for weeks, but I hadn’t heard any of it. The song he chose, “By My Side” by David Choi was a song we both really liked. It wasn’t until the moment he sang that I realized what the lyrics truly were and how much he meant them. Having my best friend sing to me was more than I could ever ask for. It was one of the most romantic things Dan has ever done for me. And I love him so much more because of it.
